Artist Statement +We've been performing this song for many years. We met Kate Holly at the UU Coffeehouse in Portsmouth NH. She brought a poem to me and asked if I thought it could work as lyrics for a song. Reciting it aloud I could hear the melody and the chords came quickly after.
