About Mark's Music
I’ve never lost my obsession with guitar and music. As a young musician, I did well in the early 70’s—some have called it the “golden age” for local music. While rock-stardom was an unlikely dream, music was instrumental in realizing the dream of starting a family. It set me on the path to meeting my wife Nancy, and together as "Newton and Frizzell" we sing and play local venues or house concerts. Both of my sons have made music part of their lives, and many songs I’ve written were inspired by the love we all share.
